“B” from Birds of Essex County

This beautiful bird is a Banded Bog Snipe.
She migrated to Barbados last December, but never came back.
Like other snipe breeds, she prefers bayous, back waters, and billabongs.
They love to breakfast upon barnacles and brine shrimp.
